Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an OT, delivering skilled rehabilitation interventions to residents.
- Conduct therapeutic activities and modalities to improve mobility, strength, range of motion, balance, and activities of daily living.
- Document progress clearly and promptly in the resident chart, updating goals and treatment plans as directed.
- Monitor patient responses to therapy, adjusting plans of care in collaboration with the OT and therapy team.
- Assist with patient positioning, ROM exercises, adaptive equipment training, and caregiver education to support safety and independence.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, therapy colleagues, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and ensure consistent, patient-centered rehabilitation.

Requirements
- Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification
- Ability to work in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Availability for a 13-week travel assignment with days shift
- Eligibility to work in the United States and willingness to travel to Butte, Montana
