E-Commerce Sr. Listing Specialist - Brooklyn Park, MN - (Full-Time)

Position Summary: The Sr. E-Commerce Listing Specialist role is pivotal to the overall success of ecommerce by assisting with the overall production and sales goals of the E-Commerce facility. This position critically analyzes merchandise and utilizes best practices to achieve maximum value for each donation in an online setting. This position helps generate revenue to support services and programs in advancement of our mission. Day in the life: In a typical day, the Sr. E-Comm Listing Specialist can expect to... * Production: Understands and keeps up on current trends. Analyzes sell through and price points by category to determine items to list and group as appropriate. * Services & Programs: Fosters a culture and work environment that promotes employment and a quality participant experience. * Teamwork: Fosters an environment of high employee morale and productivity by contributing to a culture that consistently recognizes and rewards individual initiative and teamwork. * Safety & Risk: Follows and adheres to safety and risk procedures and initiatives. * Housekeeping: Ensures housekeeping standards are met on a daily basis.. Job Pay & Perks:

• Pay Range: $18.87 - $25.97/hr

Prior Experience & Education:

• Prior experience analyzing sales trends preferred
• Prior experience with a diverse set of online platforms preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
