Equipment Operator/Mechanic A

Pay Range: $33.66 – $45.10 per hour based on experience. Shift Differential: $1.00 per hour for afternoon shift and $1.50 per hour for overnights. Responsibilities You will be servicing off‑road heavy diesel equipment such as front end loaders, dozers, cable and hydraulic cranes, and off‑highway trucks. Qualifications Must have 3 years’ experience as a heavy equipment mechanic. Candidates must possess excellent troubleshooting skills in hydraulics and electrical repair as they apply to heavy off‑road equipment. Candidates must be well‑versed in the repair and maintenance of diesel and gasoline‑powered equipment. Knowledge of screening/sizing separator plant maintenance, welding, cutting and light fabrication would be an added advantage. Strong technical problem‑solving skills and a commitment to high‑quality results are required. A thoughtful, persevering, self‑disciplined approach to achieving accurate, detailed work is essential. Must be able to successfully complete a background check and pre‑employment drug screen.
