Patient Access & Care Coordination Specialist

CINQ CARE Inc.

CINQCARE is seeking a Family Member Call Center Agent to serve as a frontline brand ambassador. You will handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls to schedule appointments, provide reminders, and support wellness campaigns, while routing triage information to clinicians. You will assist with medication refills, medical records, and documentation, ensuring HIPAA compliance and patient privacy. A patient-centered, organized approach is essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
