Technology Transactions Associate

Overview The role primarily involves structuring, drafting, and negotiating a variety of commercial, technology, and intellectual property agreements, including licensing, development, distributor, reseller, customer, supplier, OEM, and manufacturing agreements. Responsibilities include serving as the IP/Technology Transactions specialist for M&A, venture capital, financing, and private equity deals, as well as advising on intellectual property and privacy issues. Candidates are expected to be comfortable working with colleagues and teams across multiple offices. A background or interest in technology, working with emerging companies, and software and open source software issues is preferred, along with large law firm experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
