Program Coordinator- OTA or PTA

Overview Key Rehab is looking for a full‑time Program Coordinator – OTA or PTA to join our team in Humboldt Area in a SNF setting. This role includes providing therapy within your scope of practice and coordinating program operations. Sign‑on bonus up to $2,500. Education Completion of an accredited PTA or OTA program. Experience Preferred: Prior experience in long‑term care setting and service coordination. Licenses/Certificates Current PTA or OTA license to practice in assigned state(s). CPR certification as required by community. Valid driver license and car insurance as required by state law. Other items as required by federal, state and local standards. Preferred Qualifications Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills. Flexibility and teamwork. Excellent communication skills. Experience with geriatric population. Knowledge of Medicare billing regulations. Responsibilities In addition to providing therapy under your disciplinary scope of practice, the Program Coordinator serves as the liaison between Key Rehab and community staff, minimizes administrative burden, supports clinicians, coordinates staffing and daily scheduling, and meets key performance indicators under the direction of a Regional Supervisor.
