You'll collaborate with a dedicated care team, support clinical excellence, and build strong patient relationships in a structured, supportive environment.What You'll Do:Deliver Exceptional Patient CareProvide safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatments. You'll perform and document pre- and post-treatment assessments, closely monitor patients during procedures, and administer medications as prescribed. You'll also review patient medication profiles regularly to ensure optimal outcomes.Collaborate as a TeamWork alongside an interdisciplinary team to support comprehensive patient care and planning. You'll help guide and support Patient Care Technicians, ensuring efficient workflows and adherence to care standards.Promote Safety & QualityMaintain compliance with all clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
