Key Responsibilities Conduct nutritional assessments and create personalized care plans. Provide evidence-based nutrition counseling and education to residents and families. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate nutrition into treatment plans. Lead group sessions, workshops, and food demonstrations to promote healthy habits. Utilize technology and digital tools to enhance resident engagement and outcomes. Stay current with emerging research and best practices in nutrition and wellness. Advocate for nutrition policy changes and promote community health initiatives. Contribute to research, publications, and presentations to advance the field. What You Bring Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition or Dietetics. Current registration as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). State licensure or eligibility for licensure as required. Passion for nutritional science and its role in promoting health and wellness. Strong counseling and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse populations. Ability to adapt recommendations to individual needs and cultural backgrounds.
