Plaid seeks a recruiting leader to build and scale a tech recruiting team responsible for hiring world-class software engineers. You will partner with senior leaders to shape hiring strategy, drive operational excellence, and align recruiting with Plaid’s product and growth priorities.
You’ll coach and develop senior recruiters, influence executives with data and insights, and continuously improve processes to deliver high-quality hires at scale across the company.
