Beverage Server

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

Responsible for providing beverage service to all customers in an efficient, courteous and professional manner displaying a high standard of customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
• Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.
• Actively supports the company culture of creating a fun and entertaining experience for internal and external guests.
• Responsible for prompt, efficient and courteous beverage service to guests in accordance with company policies, procedures and standards.
• Accurately accounts for all revenue related to the sale or service of beverage products.
• Performs necessary tasks to service guests, i.e.: taking and filling all beverage orders and assisting in maintaining guests gaming area in a clean and neat manner.
• Monitors guest needs on a continual basis ensuring all beverage requests will be promptly fulfilled.
• Performs with Bartenders, Barbacks, Supervisors, and pertinent project associates in producing a smoothly and efficiently run operation.
• Maintains assigned area for cleanliness.
• Assists other beverage personnel with maintenance (side work, opening/closing duties) as necessary.
• All other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High School diploma or GED required.
