ENT (Otolaryngologist) – New York Metro Area (Chinese Bilingual)
HealthYes is conducting a confidential search for a well-established, multi-specialty outpatient healthcare organization in New York City. This high-volume practice offers a strong referral network and an outpatient-focused environment. The opportunity is ideal for an ENT seeking long-term stability and strong earning potential.
COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE
$400,000+ annual base compensation
Performance-based bonus incentives
Compensation is negotiable based on experience, subspecialty focus, productivity, and schedule preferences.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The ENT (Otolaryngologist) will provide outpatient care for ear, nose, and throat conditions, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing management. In-house diagnostics and specialty referrals are available.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
New York medical license (or ability to obtain)
DEA registration (or eligibility)
Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) bilingual highly preferred
PRACTICE ENVIRONMENT
Outpatient-focused, high-volume settings
Established patient base
Locations across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Flushing
