Title of Position: Lead Line Cook
Compensation: $25 to $27 per hour plus $2 - $3 in tip share per hour.
Job Description : Our Lead Line Cook will be challenged every day. The person in this position will assist the Executive Chef in educating and mentoring the kitchen staff, keeping them up to date on menu adjustments, and maintaining consistent, top-quality ingredients in every dish, every time. The Lead Line Cook must be able to build top-line sales and guest counts by recruiting, training, and mentoring a competitively superior team. Responsibilities will also include maintaining proper food safety and ensuring sanitation procedures are met.
