Meal Preparation Specialist
Prepare meals following traditional recipes, and according to certain diets. Have meals for chopped, ground and puree textures.
Maintain area as clean and organized possible in accordance with sanitation guidelines.
Work on prep prior to cooking.
Work with some food deliveries.
Maintain refrigerators as clean and organized possible.
Follow all required logging, like cooking temp, cooling temp, fridges temp, etc.
Have some supervision control on staff for things regarding cleaning, answering phones, dealing with residents, etc.
