Nurse Practitioner Manager Infusion Centers (Full-Time)

Seeking an experienced NP leader to oversee clinical and operational performance across multiple ambulatory infusion centers. This role combines hands-on clinical oversight, team leadership, and workflow optimization to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical oversight, ensure protocol compliance, and support patient care plans
Lead, hire, and mentor multidisciplinary teams (RNs, LVNs, MAs)
Manage daily operations, staffing, and clinic workflows
Monitor performance metrics, improve efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance
Conduct audits, site visits, and support quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:
Master s degree in Nursing (NP) + active NP license
5+ years clinical experience (infusion therapy preferred)
2+ years leadership experience preferred
Strong clinical, leadership, and organizational skills
BLS required; AANPCB or ANCC certification
