Mechanical Project Manager (SC - MechBRimPM) Birmingham, England Salary: GBP75000 - GBP85000 per annum Mechanical Project Manager A leading Tier 1 M&E contractor is looking to strengthen its Midlands delivery team with the appointment of an experienced Mechanical Project Manager. What You'll Be Joining A well-established Tier 1 M&E contractor with a strong industry reputation A secure pipeline of projects across Birmingham and the wider Midlands region An experienced operational and commercial team with a collaborative approach A business committed to professional development and internal progression Projects ranging from large commercial developments through to technically challenging specialist schemes What You'll Be Doing Taking ownership of mechanical packages from pre-construction through to completion Managing site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners Working closely with commercial and design departments to ensure successful project delivery Building and maintaining relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders Monitoring programme performance, quality standards and project costs Supporting commissioning activities and overseeing final handover Identifying risks, resolving issues and ensuring projects remain on track What We're Looking For A strong understanding of HVAC, public health and mechanical systems Experience working for an M&E contractor or building services specialist Commercial awareness and the ability to manage project budgets effectively Strong communication and leadership skills A proactive and solutions-focused approach to project delivery Package Pension Scheme Diamond and the Danny Sullivan Group are an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
