Plant Operator/Laborer

We are looking for a Plant Operator/Laborer to join our Pecos, TX location. As a General Laborer with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials you will perform a variety of tasks as part of a crew to help ensure safe and efficient jobsite performance. Why apply? About the Role Responsibilities: Inspect, troubleshoot, and adjust equipment. Perform quality checks and operate computer-controlled systems. Safely operate machinery and mobile equipment. Perform tasks such as shoveling and sweeping. About You We Require : A high school diploma or GED. A minimum of 1–year of industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing experience. Experience operating mobile equipment (e.g., forklifts). Good organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
