Leasing Consultant (Tax Credit Experience a Plus)

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional  Leasing Consultant to support apartment communities. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with apartment leasing experience who are ready to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents.
• Conduct apartment tours and showcase available units.
• Process rental applications and lease agreements.
• Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Assist with daily leasing office operations.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment leasing experience required.
• Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Yardi, OneSite, RealPage, or other property management software is a plus.
