Lifecycle Marketing Lead

Owning high-impact lifecycle programs, the full-time Lifecycle Marketing Lead will drive new-client acquisition initiatives through outbound prospecting and content strategy while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead the outbound prospecting pilot, including sequencing, vendor partnerships, and messaging direction Own and drive lifecycle marketing strategy, setting direction, defining success metrics, and monitoring performance Set editorial and content direction across lifecycle marketing initiatives, managing the content calendar and supporting content marketing efforts Required qualifications Several years of lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing experience with a proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes Strong strategic judgment and structured thinking with the ability to define problems and success criteria Fluency with modern customer engagement platforms such as Braze, Iterable, or Customer.io Strong storytelling and influence skills, capable of building alignment in cross-functional settings Experience using AI tools for drafting, analysis, and campaign planning, with critical judgment on outputs
