Quiñónez Agency is seeking a motivated, competitive insurance sales professional who wants to build a long-term career in personal insurance, commercial insurance, and life insurance.

Our goal is to help clients protect their families, homes, vehicles, businesses, employees, and financial futures. We are building a team focused on doing what is right for the client, developing lasting relationships, and producing consistent results.

This is an in-office sales role for someone who takes ownership of their pipeline, follows up consistently, and wants their income to grow with their performance.

Responsibilities

• Sell personal lines insurance, including auto, home, and umbrella.
• Develop commercial insurance accounts, including workers’ compensation, business owners policies, commercial auto, and other business coverage.
• Identify life insurance opportunities and conduct needs-based conversations.
• Follow up on leads, quotes, referrals, and existing opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage a daily sales pipeline.
• Meet monthly production goals and participate in coaching.
• Explain coverage clearly and recommend appropriate protection rather than competing on price alone.
• Build referral relationships with local businesses and professionals.

Requirements

• Active Oklahoma Property & Casualty license, or willingness and ability to obtain required licensing.
• Life insurance license or willingness to obtain it.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and closing skills.
• Coachable, competitive, accountable, and comfortable with measurable goals.
• Ability to work in the Norman office Monday–Friday.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Prior insurance sales experience is preferred; strong sales candidates from other industries may be considered.
