Senior Financial Analyst - Pricing

POSITION SUMMARY:The Sr. Analyst supports the field organization with detailed analysis and consulting designed to create advanced pricing solutions that enhance profitability and drive revenue growth. This position will establish and maintain analytical support to help field leaders understand and improve deal to deal pricing performance. Additionally, this position will support an assigned solution, acting as the subject matter expert who reports to the Pricing Lead.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Create financial tools and streamline process for quoting and contracting pricingEnhance financial reports to give greater business insights into performanceSubject matter expert of assigned business area responsible for maintaining tools, improving process, and advising new pricing practicesProvide financial support for sales opportunities while partnering with operations leaders and key corporate partnersWork collaboratively with cross-functional partners in finance, marketing, sales and operations on profitability and pricing initiativesResponsible for preparing, consolidating, and analyzing various customer level financial reportsAssist with training and onboardingAll other duties as assignedREQUIRED EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fieldMBA preferred4-6 years of Finance experienceREQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIESAnalytical and reasoning skillsAbility to perform under time constraintsAbility to prioritize and execute with proficiencyAbility to diagnose and prioritize organizational needs, as well as successfully execute most effective course of actionAdvanced technical capabilities with MS Excel and relational databasesAbility to understand, create, and modify complex financial modelsExceptional communication skills; both written and verbalDISCLAIMERThis job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee in this position.
