Sales Support Specialist - Medical Device Manufacturing QUICK FACTS Location: Remote Shift: PST – Monday to Friday (start times between 6am-9am PST) 8-hour shift Duration: Temporary through end of the year Pay Range: $20 – $22/hr Depending on Location and Experience + Bonus Structure EXPERIENCE NEEDED Bachelors degree 1-2 years’ experience in sales support; medical device industry experience highly preferred Posses excellent customer service and communication skills Skilled in live documenting calls Experience within Diabetes preferred Experience with medical insurance preferred Bilingual English/Spanish preferred MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB Manages and follows up on sales pipeline leads from initial inquiry through to purchase, ensuring timely execution and conversion Engages with prospective customers via phone, email, SMS, or fax to provide product education, address questions, and drive sales Provides ongoing communication regarding order status, verifies order accuracy, and explains insurance benefits and cost responsibilities Coordinates product shipments and ensures a smooth transition from order placement to delivery The company is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability, or any other class protected by Federal, State or local laws.
