The Schedule & Location
- Hours: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM EST
- Format: On-site classroom facilitation
- Location: Various training hubs across Connecticut (including Bridgeport, Hartford, New Haven, and Waterbury)

- Own the Details: Maintain precise, accurate records of attendance and progress while upholding program policies with excellence.
Ideal Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience:
- 2+ years of proven experience in Career Services or Career Coaching.
- 2+ years of engaging teaching experience (in-person or virtual).
- Credentials: Must possess, be actively pursuing, or be willing to obtain a recognized Career Coaching Certification from an accredited certifying body.
- Tech-Savvy: Strong expertise in leveraging LinkedIn for modern job hunting and high comfort facilitating via Zoom.
- Power Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, matched with rock-solid organization and time-management abilities.
Salary: $200 - 250 per day, depending on experience
