Strong computer proficiency, including internet research and navigation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. What We Expect: Highly motivated, assertive, and self-starting personality. Job Responsibilities (after training): Contact consumers to arrange payments and conduct skip-tracing to locate individuals. Use phone and internet tools to find the right contact and negotiate payment terms. Review account data and ask relevant questions to overcome objections and secure payments. Accurately document all call outcomes, new information, and notes within our system. Manage multiple account queues throughout different stages of the collection process. Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and company regulations and policies. Work on-site in an office environment, handling phone calls, data entry, and digital information daily. Position Details: Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (40 hours/week) Pay: $18.85/hour with a raise upon completion of probationary period Start your career with a company that values your growth and contribution.
