This individual will play a pivotal role in upholding and improving data governance best practices to achieve catalog synchronicity within the Product Information Management System (PIM) and best support all sales channels.HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCEExecute seasonal and ad-hoc approach to product data enhancementsSolve issues with product presentation on Specialized digital channels or within the product systems in a quick and agile mannerProactively monitor Product Launch and Master data reports to ensure smooth launches and improvements within performanceCoordinate and ensure production of images, product copy and translations are produced on time and implemented for product introductionsAssist the Product Launch and Master Data manager to help manage master data for all digital channelsSet up the master data for all digital channels, including but not limited to, filters, sizes, specs, images, copy & color swatchesExecute ad-hoc tasks and requests that could range from providing status updates on product launches and online readiness to last minute campaign changesWork closely with B2B cross functional teammates to support key Retail product activationsSupport routine product catalog audits and deployments t to maintain product lifecycle management and achieve streamlined sales channel activation successWHAT YOU NEED TO WIN2+ years of hands-on experience in Ecommerce or Meta DataStrong interpersonal and communications skillsAbility to think creatively and analyze data while facing ambiguity and uncertaintyStrong ability to develop structured frameworks and approaches and innovative thinking to solve complex challenges in a fluid environmentEnthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and an intense focus on achieving resultsAbility to champion needs cross functionally and influence where necessary across various levels of an organizationHigh level of energy, passion and enthusiasm for outdoor lifestyle in general and cycling in particularAdditional Job DescriptionPAYBelow is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in the following locations: California Base Pay Range: (70 - 90K) *At Specialized, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and will depend on your work experience, skills, certification, and location.
