WellMed Medical Group – San Antonio, TX (Northern Hills or WestLakes) WellMed is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our clinic in San Antonio. This is an opportunity to practice high-quality, patient-centered medicine in a setting designed to support both clinical excellence and provider satisfaction. Responsibilities In this role you will care for a primarily Medicare Advantage population within a value-based care model that prioritizes outcomes over volume. Physicians typically see 14 to 16 patients per day, allowing for more meaningful patient interactions and a focus on whole-person care. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary care team to address each patient’s physical, behavioral, and social health needs. Qualifications MD or DO board‑certified or board‑eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Active Texas medical license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
