Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Transaction Coordinator to join our growing real estate company. The ideal candidate will be proficient in the Dotloop management system, have the ability to oversee a team of virtual assistants for task management, handle and streamline volume efficiently, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and possess a solid understanding of real estate transaction processes. Compensation $23 - $24 hourly Responsibilities Manage real estate transactions from contract to close Coordinate timelines, documents, and communication between transaction parties Oversee and lead a team of virtual assistants Ensure all required signatures and documentation are completed and filed in Dotloop before transaction close Keep all parties updated throughout the transaction process Review contracts for accuracy and compliance Meet critical deadlines with strong attention to detail Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications Qualifications A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience Minimum 1 year Transaction Coordinator experience or in a similar real estate administrative role Proficiency in Dotloop, Outlook, and Google Workspace Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously Experience performing with high-volume transactions and creating efficiencies Tech-savvy with a proactive problem-solving mindset About Company Century 21 Everest is a nationally recognized, award-winning real estate brokerage dedicated to empowering agents and delivering exceptional client experiences.
