Specialty Leasing Coordinator

The Specialty Leasing Coordinator supports the efficient administration and execution of specialty leasing transactions across Brixmor’s portfolio. The Coordinator manages deal information, prepares and tracks agreements, coordinates execution and post-execution distribution. The position reports to the Manager, Specialty Leasing. Key responsibilities Maintain specialty leasing transactions in Salesforce and department trackers, including key dates, economics, approvals, and supporting documents. Coordinate deals through review and approval workflows, follow up on outstanding items, and keep stakeholders informed of status. Prepare and revise agreements, amendments, renewals, termination notices, and related documents using approved templates and guidance. Compare agreement terms with approved deal information, resolve routine discrepancies, and elevate questions when appropriate. Coordinate DocuSign routing, monitor execution, and distribute completed agreements to the appropriate internal and external parties. Complete post-execution processing, including Salesforce updates, reconciliation materials, payment documentation, and document submissions. Review lease language, site plans, exclusives, restrictions, and related property information to identify issues that may affect a proposed transaction. Gather and organize supporting information such as site plans, insurance documents, payment details, and tenant contact information. Partner with Specialty Leasing representatives, Property Management, Lease Administration, Accounting, Legal, regional teams, and licensees to address questions and support a smooth handoff of completed transactions. Maintain organized files, trackers, templates, and reference materials, and assist with forecasts, reports, process updates, team coverage, and special projects as needed. Qualifications An undergraduate degree preferred Minimum of 2 years job-related experience-real estate experience preferred Ability to work in a fast pace, high volume environment Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Ability to professionally interact with property managers, vendors and tenants, in a multitude of situations Excellent administrative skills including but not limited to systems, organization and prioritization Sound time and project management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Salesforce and social media outlets Brixmor offers a hybrid work schedule (first three days of the week in the office, the balance remote optional), very competitive pay commensurate with background and responsibilities plus a benefits and perks package that supports career engagement, growth, good health and connection with teammates and our communities.
