RN OR Circulator - Outpatient Surgery Center PRN

Job Summary Registered Nurse to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients in a PRN day shift at AdventHealth Hendersonville, NC. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors of patients. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care, regularly evaluating and revising plans as necessary. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, following physician orders and hospital protocols, and monitor for adverse reactions. Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies. Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care, ensuring effective communication and teamwork. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Organizational and multitasking skills. Knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures. Ability to work as a team player within a unit. Effective verbal and oral communication and problem-solving skills. Read EKG and Advanced Life Support documentation. Education & Experience Associate’s degree in Nursing (required). Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred). Minimum of 1+ year acute care hospital experience (preferred). Licenses & Certifications Registered Nurse (RN) license (required). Basic Life Support – CPR Certificate (BLS) (required). Physical Requirements Ability to perform tasks described on the Physical Requirements sheet available at Pay Range $31.64 – $50.13 per hour. Schedule & Location PRN Day shift; located at 100 Hospital Dr, Hendersonville, NC 28792.
