How do I make an impact on my team? Welcome guests as they arrive for breakfast and/or dinner, preparing and serving beverages such as coffee drinks, cocktails, wine, and beer. Take orders from guests, input orders into Point Of Sale system, and handle cash. Monitors guest behavior and alcohol consumption to determine when alcohol service to the guest should cease. Assist in preparing, cooking, and garnishing food according to recipes, quality standards, and food preparation checklist. Complete opening and closing duties, sets up, stocks, and maintains work areas to be clean, neat, and sanitized. What Success Looks Like Must have or be willing to obtain a Bartender-Server License. Six or more months of restaurant/server experience. Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills. Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation.
