Maintenance Technician

Jeffrey A. Miller Hospitality Group (JAM) is looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team. Experience in repairing fryers, grills, toasters, warmers, dispensers, and/or exhaust systems is desired. Additional experience with ice machines, carbonated beverage, HVAC, and refrigeration is extremely helpful. This role is based at our headquarters in Lansdowne, PA, but the position will also involve travel to our wedding venues located throughout the Greater Philadelphia area.We pride ourselves on our innovative cuisine and extraordinary hospitality. Please view our short video on why JAM is a great place to work! repair, and maintain commercial-grade equipment at all of our properties in the tri-state area.Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues with our equipment.Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions.Assemble and disassemble equipment for repair or replacement of parts.Safely operate the company vehicle.Experience:Previous experience as a service technician or in a similar role.Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, and electrical componentsAbility to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.Excellent problem-solving skills.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Schedule & Compensation:Hourly rate of $25 - $30 depending on experience.40+ hours a week, depending on the needs of the business and where we are in the season.Equal Opportunity EmployerJob Type: Full-timeExpected hours: 35 – 40 per weekBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceWork Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Jeffrey Miller Hospitality
