Job ID: 202600717 Category: SSN Store: 254 BENTONVILLE, AR 72712 Shift Supervisor Restaurant – Food Service Supervisor – Management Position: Shift Supervisor Minimum Experience: 1 year Shift: 2:00 pm – Close Hourly Compensation: $15.50 – $16.00 (annual $40,000 – $42,500) Work Schedule: Rotating 3‑week schedule, expected 45‑hour week Reports to: Assistant Manager Responsibilities Teach, coach and provide leadership to store crew members. Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality. Oversee shift operations of Braum’s food service function, grocery market and fountain sales. Participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed. Share responsibility for ensuring store policies and practices are implemented and followed. Qualifications Customer focus. Strong work ethic with high standards for integrity.
