Vacation Planning Consultant
We're looking for a Vacation Planning Consultant who is passionate about turning travel ideas into unforgettable experiences. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping clients create stress-free, personalized vacations while providing consistent support from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Design customized vacation packages tailored to client preferences, needs, and budgets
- Provide accurate pricing quotes and clearly explain travel options
- Book accommodations, cruises, flights, and activities with attention to detail
- Assist clients with pre-travel preparation, itinerary updates, and changes
- Deliver a positive, supportive, and seamless customer experience
- Maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication
Qualifications:
- Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
- Comfortable using online booking platforms and digital tools
- Passion for travel and helping others create memorable experiences
