Position Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and organized team member to help with our day-to-day accounts payable tasks. This position is responsible for entering and processing vendor invoices, preparing daily payments, researching and resolving account questions, posting credits, maintaining accurate records, creating reports, and working with other departments to ensure information is correct and up to date.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers, and able to stay organized while managing multiple tasks. You should be able to work independently, communicate clearly and professionally through email, and build positive working relationships with coworkers and vendors. Familiarity with basic Microsoft Excel and Word is required.

As Accounts Payable Clerk you will:

·  Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner

·  Prepare and execute daily payment runs

·  Research and reconcile vendor accounts to resolve discrepancies

·  Post vendor credits and ensure accurate account balances

·  Communicate effectively with internal departments and vendors to resolve payment and invoice issues

·  Prepare and maintain miscellaneous accounts payable reports and documentation

·  Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and accounting standards while maintaining accurate financial records
