Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking a School Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a collaborative charter school in the St. Paul area . This flexible, part-time opportunity is ideal for therapists looking for a supportive team environment with options for onsite, hybrid, or teletherapy services.

Position Details

• Schedule: 2 days per week, with the potential to increase to 2–3 days per week if needed

• Setting: Flexible – onsite, hybrid, or teletherapy

• Caseload: Approximately 35 students

• Student Population: K–8 (ages 5–14)

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations, assessments, and direct services to students.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student success.

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members.

• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation using the district's IEP management system.

• Deliver services through a combination of push-in, pull-out, and consultative service models.

Qualifications

• Active or eligible Minnesota Occupational Therapist license.

• School-based experience is preferred.

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) are welcome to apply with appropriate supervision.

• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
