Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized, driven, and detail-oriented Supervisor to oversee daily operations, support team performance, and ensure production goals, quality standards, and company expectations are consistently met.

This role requires a hands-on leader who takes ownership, moves with urgency, communicates effectively, and genuinely cares about team and operational success.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and support daily operations and production activities
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve performance and productivity goals
• Coordinate with operations, quality, engineering, and production teams
• Monitor workflow, productivity, quality, and attendance
• Ensure employees follow company policies, procedures, and safety requirements
• Identify problems early and take immediate action to resolve issues
• Communicate operational updates, concerns, and action plans clearly to management and team members
• Maintain accurate records, reports, schedules, and other required documentation
• Help ensure production schedules and deadlines are consistently met
• Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed
• Support training and development of new and existing employees
• Assist with process improvements and initiatives to increase efficiency and quality
• Promote a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment
• Maintain high standards for safety, quality, productivity, and professionalism

Preferred Background

• 3+ years of manufacturing, warehouse, production, or operations experience preferred
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred
• Experience managing or leading employees
• Experience in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong understanding of workplace safety and quality expectations
• Experience with production processes, scheduling, or workflow coordination
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees and management
• Ability to work independently while also supporting cross-functional teams
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
