What we’re looking for:

• Valid COTA certification and active state licensure
• Experience providing occupational therapy services to children or adolescents, preferably in school environments
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, and families
• Ability to implement established IEP goals and support therapists in curriculum modifications and accommodations
• Organizational skills to manage schedules, documentation, and caseloads efficiently

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with Occupational Therapists to deliver planned therapy sessions, both 1:1 and in small group settings
• Assist students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, and adaptive skills that foster success in the classroom
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure individualized support for each student
• Adapt therapy activities and materials to suit varying student needs and ability levels
