Delivery Lead

The Delivery Lead will support a global program deployment spanning multiple markets internationally, with a focus on Point of Sale (POS) migrations, digital product rollouts, and hardware transitions. This role sits within the Global Program Delivery organization and partners closely with engineering, product, market teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery across complex, multi-workstream initiatives. The operating model gives Delivery Leads full autonomy over their assigned markets and workstreams. You will manage timelines, drive execution, resolve cross-functional blockers, and maintain strong communication across all levels of the organization—including monthly steering committees and bi-weekly leadership reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery for POS, digital, and hardware migration programs across assigned markets (typically 1–2 markets per lead).
• Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, including backend, frontend, digital, and physical hardware teams.
• Partner closely with market teams, engineering, product, and Capgemini integration leads to ensure alignment and execution.
• Lead program lifecycle from initiation through deployment, ensuring teams meet major milestones and stay on track.
• Facilitate monthly steering committee meetings and deliver bi-weekly progress reports to leadership.
• Use Jira (including Jira Product Discovery) as the primary tracking tool to monitor timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Define and enforce go/no-go criteria for each phase of the program.
• Raise risks, concerns, and blockers early; communicate clearly with cross-functional partners and leadership.
• Provide strong, confident communication when engineers or stakeholders need clarity, direction, or escalation.
• Support recovery plans when timelines slip; drive accountability and course-correction
