Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator with experience in the execution of conference exhibits, virtual education programs and management of marketing content. We improve the safety of patients, clinics, their staff and the environment by transforming the way infection prevention practices are understood and conducted and introducing innovative technologies that deliver improved standards of care. Nanosonics is a company that specializes in the development of innovative solutions for the automated reprocessing of reusable medical devices. Global HQ is located in Macquarie Park, Sydney, where all Research & Development, Manufacturing and Corporate functions reside. The US Corporate HQ is located in Indianapolis, IN. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution for Nanosonics’ national conference exhibitions, including show logistics and furnishings, budget, and team organization, and show performance. Lead the planning and execution for Nanosonics’ virtual education program, including schedule management, hosting platform, speaker coordination, promotion and lead follow‑up, and program performance. Manage approval process for marketing collateral to ensure material is approved per company requirements in a timely manner. Manage relationships with external vendors to coordinate production of print collateral and execution of local tradeshow materials, ensuring quality, timeliness, and brand consistency. Maintain region content and events calendar, content management and internal training platform, and ensure all sales and marketing collateral are current and accurate. Assist in the creation of marketing campaign content and assets, including the social media graphics, sales enablement materials, and event promotions. Support marketing activities to reinforce Nanosonics voice and presence in the market. Supports management of channel partner and group purchasing organization (GPO) relationships. Support PO setup, invoice processing, and spend tracking. Skills & Experience Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Canva; experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus. Proficiency in using communication tools, including email marketing software, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce. Proficiency in webinar hosting platforms (Zoom, GoTo, etc.) Familiarity with content management tools, such as HighSpot, Sprout Social, etc. Capacity to manage and balance multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating proficiency in prioritization and adherence to deadlines. Strong resourcefulness and initiative; able to proactively identify solutions and utilize available resources to solve problems. Strong analytical and project management skills, with keen attention to detail. Possess the passion and discipline to stay at the forefront of marketing trends. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively work with all levels within the organization.
