We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Assistant Manager to lead daily operations for our Haagen Dazs location. If you’re passionate about leadership, customer service, and great food, we’d love to meet you!

Position: Assistant Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations for both Auntie Anne’s & Jamba
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise team members
• Ensure excellent customer service and brand standards
• Manage inventory, ordering, and food preparation
• Handle cash controls, deposits, and basic reporting
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and health standards
• Drive sales and meet performance goals

Qualifications:

• Previous management experience in food service or retail preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable, responsible, and customer-focused
