We are looking to build long-term relationships with experienced, dependable independent contractors and subcontractor crews for residential construction and remodeling projects.

We have a consistent pipeline of projects and are looking for contractors who would rather spend their time doing quality work and making money than constantly chasing down their next job. We handle the sales, customer relationships, estimating, and project coordination so our subcontractors can focus on what they do best: showing up, working hard, producing quality work, and completing projects efficiently.

We Are Looking For Crews Experienced In:
- Carpentry and general remodeling
- Masonry and tuckpointing
- Deck construction and exterior carpentry
- Siding and exterior repairs
- Concrete work
- Interior remodeling and finish work
- Other residential construction trades

What We Are Looking For:
- Established independent contractors or experienced subcontractor crews
- Liability insurance required
- Contractor licensing is preferred, but not required for all trades
- Own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation
- Strong workmanship and attention to detail
- Ability to complete projects efficiently and professionally
- Dependable scheduling and communication
- Clean, professional jobsites
- Contractors who take pride in their work and stand behind what they build
