Expereince Bilingual Phlebotomist

Labcorp is seeking an Experienced Phlebotomist to join our team at Aishling Ob/Gyn INC, 931E.Sandhurst, Sandwich, IL60548. Work Schedule Monday: 8:30‑5:00, Tuesday: 8:30‑6:00, Wednesday: 8:30‑5:30, Thursday: 8:30‑5:30, Friday: 9:00‑3:00. Occasional Saturday mornings once a month. Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely. Process billing information and collect payments as necessary. Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen information logs. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Administrative and clerical duties as required. Travel to additional sites when needed. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED, or equivalent. Phlebotomy certification or completion of a training program, or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist. Preferred Qualifications 2 years or more of phlebotomy experience. Additional Job Standards Phlebotomy certification must come from an accredited agency. Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Comfortable working under minimal supervision. Reliable transportation. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Able to pass a standardized color‑blindness test. Pay and Benefits Pay Range: $17.50 – $24.50 per hour. Eligible for the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics. Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), PTO or FTO, Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees scheduled for less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are eligible to participate only in the 401(k) Plan.
