New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Arkansas, Delaware and Maryland govt. agencies.Job DescriptionDescription of specific duties in a typical workday for this position:Responsible for the design, development, integrating and testing, of new and existing applications using Agile methodologyResponsible for trouble-shooting production issues and providing quick solutions or work-aroundsParticipate with the development team in coding, analysis and support of multiple web-based applicationsApply strong knowledge of web applications, and web technologies using .NET, Angular JS and JavaScript to develop quality solutionsEnsure that business rules are consistently applied across, to limit the possibility of inconsistent resultsQualificationsPosition Requirements: (Years of experience, certifications, software skills, etc.)A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related scientific or technical disciplineExperience developing web-based applications using .NET 4.0 or higher Framework, including Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScriptExperience in using SQL Server: Database queries, Stored Procedures development4+ years of relevant experienceExperience with IT related QAExperience using configuration management toolsDemonstrate strong knowledge of software development and design best practices to deliver high quality resultsCandidate should be self-motivated, independent to work on assigned efforts and detail oriented, as well as has the ability to work in a teamAbility to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment and learn new concepts and softwareStrong written and communication skillsPassionate about coding, problem solving and finding efficient ways to accomplish tasks on timeVery strong analytical, design and programming skillsAbility to obtain a Public Trust ClearanceNice to have: (Skills that are nice to see on resume but not required)Experience with CI/CD pipelinesExperience with system administrationExperience in Agile MethodologyFamiliarity with JIRA, Jenkins, bitbucketThis is a full time position paying a base salary, full benefits, and has possible bonus potential based on merit and performance.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.SummaryType: Full-timeFunction: Information TechnologyExperience level: Not ApplicableIndustry: Information Technology And Services
