We’re looking for an Activity Assistant with a compassionate mindset and a passion for helping seniors. A self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative. This team member loves caring for patients and knows how to develop lasting trust. Could this be you?
Responsibilities:
Organize and plan programs, activities, events, and entertainment to enhance the lives of our residents.
Transport resident to and from doctor appointments and social outings.
Promote initiatives that inspire spiritual, cognitive, social, physical, and creative expressions.
Promote and communicate upcoming activities and events to encourage participation.
Determine appropriate activity levels based on residents' cognitive and physical abilities.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Strong communication and personal skills
Valid driver's license
Experience with transportation
