Position Overview We are seeking a full-time Marketing & Business Development Manager who will be responsible for driving new business through relationship building, local outreach, and strategic marketing initiatives. This is not a behind-the-desk marketing role. The right candidate will be active in the field, building partnerships and creating opportunities that lead to consistent job flow. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with plumbers, insurance agents, property managers, and commercial accounts Generate new leads through in-person visits, networking, and community engagement Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and call volume Manage online presence including Google Business Profile, reviews, and social media Track and report marketing performance and lead sources Coordinate events, lunches, and drop-ins with referral partners Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities Work closely with ownership to align marketing efforts with company goals Qualifications Experience in marketing, sales, or business development preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self‑motivated with a willingness to work in the field daily Organized and able to manage multiple initiatives at once Familiarity with the restoration, construction, or insurance industry is a plus Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits Base salary plus performance-based commission Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement Paid time off Growth opportunities within the company Supportive team environment What Success Looks Like Consistent growth in new jobs and referral partners Strong relationships with key local accounts Increased brand recognition in the market Measurable return on marketing efforts Why Join Us We are building a company that values hard work, strong relationships, and long-term growth.
