Learning and Development Coordinator

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. One to three years of experience in coordination, administration, event planning, learning and development, human resources, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Ability to follow established processes, take direction, and consistently follow through. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to work independently while keeping team members informed of progress and potential issues. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Flexibility and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting learning and development, human resources, training programs, or corporate events. Experience with a learning management system or training administration platform. Experience coordinating vendors, contracts, invoices, travel, or event logistics. Experience creating and maintaining tracking tools, checklists, templates, or standard operating procedures. Experience supporting programs across multiple offices or locations.
