This is an entry level opportunity to get your foot in the door with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution!

Job Description:

• You’ll be the last set of eyes before funds are released. That means reviewing documents, verifying details, and making sure everything is accurate so loans can close smoothly and on time.
• Review closing packages and catch missing or incorrect details
• Verify wire instructions and help protect against fraud
• Process funding for purchase and refinance loans
• Work closely with closers, title companies, and settlement agents
• Manage multiple loans at different stages and meet tight deadlines

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable reviewing documents and working with numbers
• Able to multitask and stay on track in a deadline-driven setting
• Previous office, admin, or clerical experience is a plus

Start Date: 8/24/2026

Training Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Shift after training: Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 6:00pm

Pay: $17.60/hour

Requirements:

• Onsite Requirements: Hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite per week
• Must have reliable high speed internet (T mobile is not compatible)
• No time off first 6 months
• Completed high school diploma

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pensacola, FL.

The pay range for this position is $17.60 - $17.60/hr.
