We are seeking a motivated and strategic insurance professional to run a Farmers insurance agency by leading the growth, operations, and client service functions of a dynamic insurance agency. Responsibilities

Meet with individuals in our Danville office to understand their financial goals and risk management needs.

Explain complex insurance concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand way for every client.

Develop custom insurance strategies that offer long-term peace of mind for local families and businesses.

Foster relationships with our existing policyholders to ensure they remain well-protected as their lives change.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files to provide reliable and timely service.

Collaborate with the rest of the team to share ideas and improve how we support our neighbors.

Requirements

Virginia Life and Health Insurance Producer License.

Strong track record in sales or client-facing roles.

Clear and articulate verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in common office software and digital client management systems.

A genuine desire to help community members navigate their financial options.

Prior experience in property or casualty insurance is a plus.
