Surgical Tech Sr - Full-Time

Role: Surgical Technician II, supporting surgical teams in the Operating Room (OR) to ensure high-quality patient care. Responsibilities Include Preparing surgical instruments for procedures Assisting surgeons by scrubbing in on cases Managing room turnover and instrument decontamination Contributing to the orientation of new surgical technicians Providing staffing support for the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) OR Serving patients across various age groups, including Infant, Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric Qualifications And Skills Graduate from an accredited surgical technology program (CAAHEP or ABHES) Current BLS certification At least 3 years of surgical technician experience Proficiency in advanced surgical technician skills and knowledge of at least one specialty service Basic computer skills Preferred: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST), experience in multi-specialty settings, and in ambulatory or hospital environments Compensation and Benefits: Competitive hourly pay ranging from $20.00 to $36.00, based on experience and qualifications.
