Line Cook - Full Time / Part Time
Sharko's BBQ | 515 Roosevelt Road

As a Line Cook, you will play a critical role in our kitchen operations, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality and flavor. Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of BBQ dishes, sides, and specials according to our recipes and presentation standards.
Kitchen Operations: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside other kitchen staff to ensure timely service and delivery of high-quality meals.
Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed to maintain kitchen efficiency.
Quality Control: Monitor food quality and portion sizes to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred.
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Schedule

Full-time and part-time positions available. Flexibility in scheduling is required, including nights and weekends.
