Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit Globe, AZ Specialty: ICU Position Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay: $2182 - $2628 | Shift: 3x12 Nights Are you an experienced ICU nurse looking for your next adventure? Do you excel in high-pressure environments and have a passion for critical care? Our healthcare partner is seeking a dedicated ICU nurse to join their team in Globe, AZ. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on patient care while enjoying the benefits of travel nursing. As an ICU nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to critically ill patients. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients in the Intensive Care Unit. You will also have the opportunity to float to Med Surg as needed, broadening your experience and skill set.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Must be willing to take some call shifts, 24 hours in duration
- Need 1 year experience in setting
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Experience with Meditech 6.0 preferred
- Flu vaccine is required, no exceptions
